The R&D unit carries out continuous research and development activities to provide competitive advantage and innovative solutions in the transformer industry. Our R&D team increases the technological competence of the company and enables us to maintain our market leadership

Our company started R&D activities in 2010 and continued its R&D activities systematically by stepping into its first TUBITAK-supported project in 2013. In 2017, BETA ENERJİ, which received the R&D center certificate, placed R&D at the center of its work with the strategy of “Center of Innovation: R&D Power” strategy, BETA ENERJİ has placed R&D at the center of its work and has guided the sector with its R&D projects.

What does our R&D team do?

  • New Product Development : Creates new transformer designs and prototypes by analyzing market needs and customer demands. Develops innovative and efficient solutions for new products.

  • Improvement of Existing Products : In order to increase the performance, efficiency and reliability of existing transformers; R&D personnel, customers, market research, suppliers and other business partners, universities and employee suggestion systems evaluate the findings obtained from continuous improvement studies. Optimizes the cost effectiveness of products and production processes.

  • Technology and Innovation Tracking : Closely follows technological developments, innovations and trends in the sector. Researches how new technologies and materials can be integrated into transformer production.

  • Patents and Intellectual Property : Files patent applications for innovative solutions and technologies and protects the company's intellectual property rights. Monitors competitors' patents and intellectual property dynamics of the industry.

  • Prototype and Test : Produces prototypes of newly developed transformer designs and tests the performance of these prototypes. Makes necessary corrections and improvements according to the test results.

  • Cost Analysis and Optimization : Performs cost analysis in new product development and existing product improvement projects. Develops strategies to reduce production costs and increase the cost effectiveness of products.

  • Collaborations and Projects : Develops and executes joint projects in cooperation with universities, research institutions and other industry stakeholders. It applies for and manages government-funded R&D projects.

  • Regulations and Standards : Conducts the necessary research to develop products that comply with national and international standards and regulations. Ensures that products meet legal requirements.

  • Training and Information Sharing : Shares information and findings with other departments within the company, organizes trainings and ensures the integration of R&D studies into the company.
